1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours, via Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked Postage. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next working day.
2. What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. While we strive to process orders quickly, we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist.
2. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Use our product bundling feature to secure a 15% discount on 2 or more products.
3. Can I request a product that is currently out of stock?
Yes, you can place an order. We'll inform you via email once the product becomes available & has been dispatched to you.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately to make the change.
